Dialing is done by writing a phone number in the field that appears below the change status button.

Pressing the phone button will allow you to make the call to the customer.

When dialing a phone number starts, 2 pop-up windows will appear at the bottom of the screen in which the phone number the representative is dialing will appear.

Two Notifications are:

Voicenter SoftPhone application.
Voicenter chrome extension.

You can cancel the pop-up windows through a simple action that is done in the Windows management notifications screen

Steps on canceling pop-up windows through Windows.

First, enter the Windows settings screen.

On the settings screen, press the system button.
After clicking, we will reach the system settings screen.
In the side menu of the system settings screen, click on notifications and actions.
After clicking, we will reach the Notifications and action settings screen.
On the Notifications and actions screen, scroll down with the computer mouse until the "Receive Notifications from these senders" option.

This option shows a list of applications installed on your computer.
In the "Receive these delivery notifications" option, you can cancel permissions for the apps that appear by clicking on

Switch You can turn off receiving notifications by clicking on a switch that appears next to the application name, from active to off

''Off".

The default for all applications installed on the computer is to be on active mode.
Switching from active to "inactive" looks like this:
